USB MP3 in Sun Glasses

Technology has made things available in such a way that if an object just offers one functionality then its very rare that it becomes popular with the masses. People these days are looking for multi-functional devices such as mobile phone with a built-in camera, a printer which has a scanner, fax, and photo copier in it, an mp3 player with FM, voice recorder.

Mp3 in a Sun Glass

Now here is something what I saw today in my email that a Sun Glass with a built in MP3 player, it is an interesting combination but yet to hit with masses. This pair of goggles has a 512 MB flash memory in which songs can be downloaded in MP3, WMA, WAV formats. It has a battery backup of 6 hours when fully recharged which takes about 3 hours to be recharged. It also has a USB connectivity to download the songs from a computer. I am just wondering why did not they put an FM functionality in it which I don’t think would have increased the price of the product by much.
