SRK again in shoes of BigB

No matter what the media or people say but I really like the “Never-Say-Die” Attitude of Shah Rukh Khan who will be seen in a new role - being host of Kaun Banega Crorepati, since Amitabh Bachchan withdrew from the series earlier. There has been a constant comparision drawn between the two biggest celebrities of the bollywood. He is still trying to put on the shoes that AB has put on for so long, SRK might not have been as good as a Don that Big B portrayed in 1970s, he is the one who has come closest to being compared to him and achieving the heights SRK has reached.

SRK has quoted as :

I was pleasantly surprised when STAR offered me the show. I was a participant in season one of KBC… and little did I know one day I would be hosting it.

“It is a huge act to follow, that of Mr Bachchan… but it also excites me that I am getting an opportunity to reach out (and) talk and interact with my audience through a medium where I began my career as an actor years ago.

Its good that KBC is back as a show, it will give few people a chance to win more crores and lot more to lose in their endeavour to be on show. SRK is poised to add crores to his account as there have been reports that he is getting paid 75 lacs per show whereas Big B was on the show at 50 lacs per show. Thats quite a hefty amount difference that STAR have to shell out for getting in SRK.
