I was pleasantly surprised to have a such a prompt response to my mail in just a few hours time. I feel little satisfied that they care about their customers in at least getting back to them in time but ultimate satisfaction would be when they could really look into the issue and get something going from their end to really resolve the issue.
I don’t really know why I go to such an extent of writing to Customer care of different companies whenever I face any minor issue with their services, when lot of other people ignore those things. I guess I might attribute this to a quote I read quite sometime back, “If You Don’t Ask, You Don’t Get”.

i am an hutch customer for the past 8 months. i was much satisfied by the service rendered by hutch till 24th of december. but on 25th of december they charged me Rupees 1 for sms without any preor information. i recevied the information only on 30th of this month that rupees 1 for an sms on festival time. but for your kind information they deducted rupees 1 on 31st of december itself without any information. i request you to take immediate action for my inconvineance.
