5 Tips for calming upset stomach
October 4th, 2006 by gaurav | Filed under , .This 5 tips post is little different from what I had posted earlier. This one is actually what I had experienced at one go and posted it rightaway and the previous ones very experienced over a period of time.
1) On first day when I had bad stomach and lose motions I took 2 pills of dependal.
2) Next morning I had mashed appled with honey poured over it in between meals
3) I had around 1 litre of electrol water, it helps restore salts that body lost
4) As I had lost quite a lot of energy, to gain it back I rested almost throughout the day and slept for a while in the afternoon
5) Had light meals with dahi (curd) to have it easy for stomach. Avoided foods and drinks that may cause upset stomach or gas. Some of these are coffee, onions, cauliflower, chocolate, fried foods and baked beans.
