The tagline - “Wherever you go our Network follows”, is proved true by the Hutch mobile service provider, atleast in my case when they took prompt action to my complaint.

I had emailed them that in the cafetaria of our company which is in the basement, the network signals of Hutch goes missing and I am unable to receive and make calls. They took a prompt action and replied to me twice and now the issue has been sorted out and the network signals are available in the basement and one can easily use the Hutch mobile connection in the cafetaria as well.
