I joined an IT company in the month of September. The only thought while accepting the offer that came to my mind was travelling to Gurgaon on a daily basis.

Though our company provides the cab service I was little apprehensive to start with. For 2-3 months in beginning to pick the cab I had to go around 3 kms away from my place but later on it was adjusted to a distance of 10 minutes walk from my home. In the evening it was 10 minutes walk to start with and has been same till now.

Joining in Gurgaon has proved to be good for me financially as well as experience wise. Though for first 5 days in the week I don’t get much time for myself and spending quality time with my family. As I leave at around 7:30 in the morning and reach back home at around 8 in the night. Finally all this is compensated by a 2-day off every week.

This post is specially for those who do travel Delhi-Gurgaon daily. Guys here is a lot to enjoy on the way as well. Tell me what do you on your way to office and while coming back home.

First it was the birth of our baby that brought a lot of happiness then it was something that I have looking for - a change in my job. I had joined an IT Company in Gurgaon and it is quite a good experience working here. Though I sometimes miss my stint at previous company not only for the the kind of work but also for friends and time spent with them.

Its been quite a hectic time in last 3 months as my wife got admitted to hospital complaining of high BP during her 6 month of pregnancy. With God willing and support of our parents, everything went well and she delivered a baby boy on 7th Sept. 2005.

That marks a new beginning in our life - something that every couple cherishes for. Though he was born a one and half month early than expected he is growing very nicely and keeping us all very busy. I’ll keep you posted about him.
