SpiceJet to sell 9,999 seats for Rs 999

Low fare private air carrier SpiceJet has announced “Red Hot Specials” scheme under which it would sell 9,999 seats for Rs 999 for all the six sectors it operated. SpiceJet operates its services in six sectors — Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Goa, Pune and Bangalore.

The SpiceJet would be making the seats available for reservation from 26th August,2005 for period of three months beginning from October 31, 2005 to January 31, 2006.

Hurry up…as only few seats are available on limited sectors.

Google launches GoogleTalk

Google Talk - Talk and IM with your friends for freeGoogle has launched a beta version of its first ‘communications’ product GoogleTalk, a combined instant messaging and VoIP service.

GoogleTalk is a free service for Windows based machines. It does not currently carry any advertising although this might change in the future. Login is currently via a GMail username and password only although Google’s mail service is now freely available. Once connected, users can chat either through text via IM or by voice via VoIP.

Bharat Matrimony launches Job portal

Bharat Matrimony group, announced the launch of an exclusive job portal, “ClickJobs.Com“.

Claiming it to be the first job portal with an ISO 9001:2000 certification, the group hoped to make the portal number two in the country in the next six months and number one within a year, said the Group CEO Murugavel Janakiraman.

That will be quite a task for them as naukri.com & monsterindia.com (jobsahead.com) are already established players at No.1 & 2 but not sure who occupies which position as both of them claim to be No.1
